Monken
Hadley is in the Diocese of London.There has been a Church on this spot for over 800 years. The present St Mary's Church has stood here for five centuries but was heavily restored during the Victorian era. There are many stained glass windows of note and ancient monuments. There is a well kept churchyard in the beautiful leafy area of Monken Hadley. Location - Finding the Church The Church is located in the northern-most part of the London Borough of Barnet called Monken Hadley, near High Barnet, it is set in a beauty-spot and conservation area between Hadley Green and Hadley Common.
